Tasty Dill & Onion Dip plus, Healthy Mayo Recipes

Do you want a super simple dip to enjoy with your fresh vegetables or even add some pizzazz to your sandwiches this summer? This easy and tasty recipe is also a great way to get your picky eaters to eat more healthy veggies. 



  • 2/3 cup of mayonnaise* 
  • 2/3 cup of sour cream 
  • 2 T. Minced Onion
  • 2 T. Parsley Flakes
  • 1 tsp.Dill Weed
  • 1 tsp. Beau Monde


Mix together and refrigerate. Enjoy!

  • 3 tbsp white vinegar
  • 5 stevia
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 17 oz Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • pepper
