Your Home: A Safe Haven
Posted by Steph Whitley on 01/11/2021
We are living in a world that can feel somewhat chaotic at times. Our children are hearing and seeing things that need to be processed.
God, help me to create a home that is...
a place where my children can process their emotions.
a place where we can point them to Christ’s perspective in all things.
a place where we model and encourage kindness, compassion and love for all.
a place where our children learn to extend grace to others and to themselves.
May I preach truth to my heart each day so that I can be more equipped for the day and my children.
I first learned about creating a safe haven in The Called to be a Keeper Bible study by Lori Merrill. We also have a devotional for moms. Both are available at www.KeepersMinistry.com/shop/
